Setting Up Payment Processing

Accept card payments directly through One Little Tool using Stripe. Get paid faster with secure, professional payment processing.

Connecting Your Stripe Account

Step 1: Navigate to Payment Settings

Go to Settings → Payments from your dashboard.

Step 2: Connect Stripe

Click Connect Stripe. You will be redirected to Stripe to either create a new account or connect an existing one.

Step 3: Complete Verification

Stripe requires identity verification for Australian businesses. Have ready:

  • ABN or ACN
  • Personal identification (drivers licence or passport)
  • Bank account details for payouts

Step 4: Start Accepting Payments

Once connected, payment options automatically appear on your invoices and quotes. Customers can pay with one click.

Processing Fees

Stripe charges 1.75% + 30c per successful card payment for Australian cards. International cards have slightly higher fees. You can choose to pass fees on to customers or absorb them.

Payout Schedule

By default, Stripe pays out to your bank account on a 2-business-day rolling basis. You can adjust this in your Stripe dashboard settings.
