Stop chasing invoices. One Little Tool automatically generates professional invoices from accepted quotes and sends them when jobs are marked complete.
How Automatic Invoicing Works
1. Quote Becomes Invoice
When a customer accepts your quote, One Little Tool saves all the line items, pricing, and customer details ready for invoicing.
2. Complete the Job
Mark the job as complete in your dashboard. You can adjust line items if the scope changed during the work.
3. Invoice Sent Automatically
A professional tax invoice is generated and emailed to your customer with a link to pay online. Any booking fee is automatically deducted.
Tax Invoice Compliance
All invoices include your ABN, GST breakdown (if registered), sequential invoice numbers, and meet ATO requirements for tax invoices.
Invoice Settings
Customise your invoicing in Settings → Invoicing:
- Payment terms - Due on receipt, 7 days, 14 days, or 30 days
- Auto-send - Send immediately or review first
- Payment reminders - Automatic follow-ups for overdue invoices
- Invoice notes - Default terms and bank details
Adjusting Invoices
Sometimes jobs change from the original quote. Before sending the invoice, you can add extra work, remove items, or adjust quantities to reflect what was actually completed.
Payment Reminders
Enable automatic payment reminders to nudge customers who have not paid. You can set reminders at 3, 7, and 14 days overdue with customisable messages.
