Step 1: Review the Job Request
When a customer submits a request through your intake form, you will receive a notification. Open the request to see all the details, photos, and customer information.
Step 2: Generate an AI Quote
Click the Generate Quote button. Our AI analyses the job details and photos to suggest appropriate line items, quantities, and pricing based on your trade and location.
Step 3: Review and Adjust
The AI-generated quote is a starting point. You can:
- Adjust prices based on your rates
- Add or remove line items
- Include notes or terms
- Set expiry dates
- Add optional items customers can choose
Step 4: Send to Customer
Once you are happy with the quote, click Send Quote. The customer receives a professional PDF via email and can accept it directly online.
