Team Permissions

Control what your team members can see and do with role-based permissions. Keep sensitive information secure while giving your team what they need.

Available Roles

Admin

Full access to everything. Best for business owners and trusted partners.

  • View and manage all jobs
  • Create and send quotes
  • Access payments and invoices
  • Manage team members and permissions
  • Access billing and subscription settings
  • View business reports and analytics

Manager

Can oversee operations without access to billing. Best for supervisors and office managers.

  • View and manage all jobs
  • Create and send quotes
  • Assign jobs to team members
  • View team member details
  • Cannot access billing or subscription
  • Cannot add or remove team members

Field Worker

Limited access to only their assigned work. Best for employees and contractors.

  • View only their assigned jobs
  • Update job status (started, completed)
  • Add photos and notes to jobs
  • View customer contact details for their jobs
  • Cannot see quotes, invoices, or pricing
  • Cannot view other team members jobs

Changing Permissions

To change a team member's role, go to Settings → Team, find the member, and click Edit. Select their new role and save.
