Can oversee operations without access to billing. Best for supervisors and office managers.

- Cannot access billing or subscription
- Cannot add or remove team members
Field Worker
Limited access to only their assigned work. Best for employees and contractors.
- View only their assigned jobs
- Update job status (started, completed)
- Add photos and notes to jobs
- View customer contact details for their jobs
- Cannot see quotes, invoices, or pricing
- Cannot view other team members jobs

Changing Permissions
To change a team member's role, go to Settings → Team, find the member, and click Edit. Select their new role and save.
