Accessing Your Profile Settings
Navigate to Settings → Business Profile from your dashboard. Here you can update all your business information.
Essential Information to Add
Business Details
- Business name - Your trading name as customers know you
- ABN - Your Australian Business Number (required for tax invoices)
- Business address - Your primary business location
- Phone number - Main contact number for your business
- Email - Business email for customer communications
Branding
- Logo - Upload your business logo (PNG or JPG, max 2MB)
- Brand colours - Optional custom colours for your documents
Trade Information
- Trade type - Plumber, electrician, builder, etc.
- Licence number - Your trade licence for display on quotes
- Service areas - Suburbs or regions you service
Why This Matters
Customers are more likely to accept quotes from businesses with complete, professional profiles. Including your licence number and ABN shows you are a legitimate, registered tradesperson.
